Lauren has been a working television writer since 2013. Her roster of shows includes Comedy Bang Bang (IFC/Netflix), Party Over Here (Fox), Wrecked (TBS/HBOMax), Bless the Harts (FOX), and she wrote of the 2015 Emmy Awards hosted by Andy Samberg. She has also worked on countless commercials, movie punch-up rooms, and radio shows. She is currently developing an animated show with REELFX. 

Lauren got her start at UCB as a writer on the Maude Team NEW MONEY, and her love for the theater that helped her so much has led her back to teaching. As a teacher, Lauren focuses on helping her students craft stories with a strong emotional backbone on which to hang the comedy. She believes that great comedy comes from finding the perfect balance of STUPIDITY and HEART, and she looks forward to telling you all about it!
